I just got back from an preliminary lab tasting of the newest “fledgling” member of the Mendocino Brewing family, Peregrine Pilsner.
I gotta tell you, this brew is awesome! Clean, golden and very hoppy.
The brew crew went all out on this one. You’re gonna love it!
It’s not even bottled yet. In fact, it’s still in the fermenter.
I posted a picture below of what the 6-pack will look like.
